LACTALIS – Non-production time management

The Retiers production unit (35) of the Lactalis group, Bridel’s historic headquarters and holder of the President, Bridel and Le Marin brands, wanted to set up a non-production time management tool.

Fives Syleps was chosen to lead the study and the implementation of the project.
